All purchases made on our platform are considered final. However, under certain conditions outlined below, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Bluerayfx Trading Academy.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course or service.

Technical Issues: If technical problems on our platform prevent you from accessing the course material and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally enroll in the wrong course and notify us within 24 hours of purchase without accessing the course material.

Service Not Delivered: If a live class, mentorship session, or service you paid for is not delivered as promised and no rescheduling or compensation is provided.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

If the course has been accessed or downloaded

If the request is made after 3 days of purchase

For dissatisfaction due to personal opinion (e.g., "I didn’t like the course content")

Promotional, discounted, or scholarship-based courses

5. Course Changes or Cancellations
Bluerayfx Trading Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel courses at any time. In the event of a cancellation by us, full refunds will be issued to affected participants.
